About cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small files stored on your device; we also use similar browser storage such as localStorage. They let the site remember things like your login session and your privacy choices, and — only with your consent — help us understand usage or (in future) show ads.
How your consent works
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, or manage categories individually. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and advertising technologies load only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; your choice itself is remembered for up to a year.
Strictly necessary
Always active. These run core features: your authentication/session (provided by Supabase) so you can stay logged in, and a small record of your cookie preferences (the "pa-consent" entry). These cannot be switched off.
Analytics
Optional — off until you accept. If you accept analytics and a measurement ID is configured, we load privacy-respecting analytics (for example Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation) to understand how the site is used. Nothing analytics-related loads before you consent.
Advertising
Optional — currently disabled. Playza does not show ads today and loads no advertising cookies. If advertising (for example Google AdSense) is added in the future, its cookies will load only if you accept the advertising category.
Managing your choices
Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to review or change your choices at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies are needed for the site to function.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
